IRA and Wisconsin WingLESS set to return in 2026 along with Midwest Legends Dirt Series

LaSalle Speedway & Event Center is set to roar back to life with a huge night of open-wheel racing on Saturday, May 30, 2026, as the IRA Sprints, Wisconsin WingLESS Series, and Midwest Legends Dirt Series converge for what promises to be an unforgettable evening of high-speed action.

Fans can once again expect the thunder of sprint cars at LaSalle Speedway as both the IRA Sprints and Wisconsin WingLESS Series return following a thrilling 2025 event. That night saw Logan Julien score his first career IRA Sprint Car feature win, while Tyler Kuxhouse captured the checkered flag with the Wisconsin WingLESS Series in front of an energized LaSalle crowd.

“We are thrilled to have IRA and Wisconsin WingLESS back again in 2026,” said LaSalle Speedway promoter Tony Izzo Jr. “They both put on a great show in 2025, and we have no doubt they will do it again.”

Adding even more excitement to the program, the Midwest Dirt Legends Series will make its first-ever appearance at LaSalle Speedway, marking a historic milestone for the facility. Known for their distinctive, scaled-down body styles and ultra-competitive racing, the Legends will bring a fresh and unique flavor to the Illinois dirt track scene.

Izzo is especially excited to introduce the series to LaSalle fans. “The fans are going to love it,” he said. “They are going to get some unique-looking race cars that you don’t see in Illinois too often.”

With three premier open-wheel divisions on the card, May 30, 2026, is shaping up to be one of the must-see racing events of the season at LaSalle Speedway & Event Center. Fans are encouraged to stay up to date on event details, ticket information, and schedule updates by following LaSalle Speedway on social media and visiting lasallespeedway.com.
