FloRacing "Night in America" Returns to LaSalle Speedway in 2026
After a triumphant revival in 2025, LaSalle Speedway & Event Center is set to launch its 2026 season with one of the most anticipated events in dirt-track racing: FloRacing Night in America presented by Kubota, returning Tuesday, May 5, 2026.
The nationally renowned series, known for drawing the best Super Late Model drivers in the country, will once again converge on the high-banked Illinois oval for a massive early-season showdown. Last year’s event marked LaSalle's first major race after a four-year hiatus—an unforgettable night that saw 2025 series champion Bobby Pierce capture the checkered flag in front of a roaring, capacity crowd.
With that momentum still fresh, LaSalle Speedway promoter Tony Izzo Jr. says the track is ready to elevate the fan experience even further in 2026.
“We want to offer the drivers and fans big events to attend here at LaSalle, especially at the beginning of the year, and build off of that throughout the season,” Izzo shared. “Having FloRacing Night in America back again sets the tone for everything we plan to do.”
In addition to the powerhouse Late Model lineup, the night will also feature UMP Modifieds, adding another layer of excitement to an already stacked program. Fans can expect intense door-to-door racing as top regional and national talents battle under the lights.
With elite competition, special early-season energy, and a facility eager to continue its comeback story, FloRacing Night in America at LaSalle Speedway is shaping up to be a must-see event on the 2026 dirt-racing calendar.
